Terms of Service

1Agreement to these Terms

By accessing BloxyShop or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use BloxyShop.

In these Terms, "BloxyShop", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of this website (bloxy.shop). "You" means the person using it. The "Service" means the website, your account, balance and swap credit, the marketplace, the swap desk, crypto deposits and withdrawals, and the in-game item deposit and delivery service.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher. If you are under that age, you may only use BloxyShop with the consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service, including any payments.

You may not use BloxyShop if doing so is illegal where you live, if you are subject to sanctions, or if we have previously suspended or closed your account. You are responsible for making sure that buying, selling and trading virtual items and using cryptocurrency is lawful for you.

3Virtual items and no affiliation

BloxyShop is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Nikilis (Murder Mystery 2), Uplift Games (Adopt Me!), BIG Games (Pet Simulator 99) or Rumble Studios (Bubble Gum Simulator INFINITY and Bubble Gum Simulator). All game names, item names and artwork belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the items being traded.

BloxyShop is also independent of any third-party site it draws item information or artwork from. Those sites are not responsible for BloxyShop values or for anything on BloxyShop.

In-game items are virtual goods governed by the rules of Roblox and the game that created them. Game developers can change, rebalance, duplicate or remove items at any time, which can change an item's value or usability. BloxyShop does not control those changes and is not responsible for their effect on items you hold or trade.

4Your account and passphrase login

You sign in by adding a one-time passphrase we give you to the About section of your Roblox profile. We check the public About section through Roblox's API to confirm you control that Roblox account. We never ask for, and you must never give anyone, your Roblox password, security cookie or verification codes.

• Your BloxyShop account is tied to your Roblox account. Anyone who can edit your Roblox profile could sign in as you, so you are responsible for keeping your Roblox account secure (we recommend 2-step verification).
• You are responsible for all activity on your BloxyShop account. Log out on shared devices and tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed it.
• One account per person. You may not sell, transfer or share your account.
• Your public Roblox profile details (username, display name and avatar) are shown to other users where relevant, for example on your marketplace listings.

5Your balance

Your balance is site credit denominated in US dollars. It is funded by crypto deposits under Section 6, you can use it to buy items on the marketplace, and you receive your marketplace sale proceeds into it. You can withdraw it in supported cryptocurrency under Section 7. The swap desk never uses or adds to your balance (see Section 9).

• Your balance is not a bank account, deposit, e-money or investment. It earns no interest and is not insured.
• Balances can't be transferred between BloxyShop users except through marketplace sales and purchases.
• If a balance is credited to you by mistake (for example a duplicated credit or a pricing error), we may correct it. We will tell you if we do.

6Crypto deposits

You can add funds to your balance with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT) on Tron (TRC-20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), and USD Coin (USDC) on Ethereum (ERC-20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). We give your account its own permanent deposit address for each coin, shown when you add funds. USDT on Tron is sent to your TRON address; ETH and every USDT / USDC on Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain to your 0x address.

• Network-native only. We only accept each coin on the network stated. Deposits sent on any other network or in any other token cannot be credited and cannot be recovered.
• Any amount, subject to a minimum. A transfer to your deposit address is credited to your balance once it has the required number of network confirmations. Each coin has a minimum deposit (from $1.00, shown on the deposit screen), measured in US dollars at the exchange rate described below; transfers below it are not credited automatically, and you must contact support to have them reviewed.
• Exchange rate. A deposit is converted to US dollars at the market rate. For ETH, USDC, USDT and SOL, that is the market rate when we first detect the transaction on its network. BTC and LTC transactions can be detected before they are confirmed, so the US-dollar amount shown for them before they are credited is an estimate: they are converted at the lower of the market rate when we first detect the transaction and the market rate when it first confirms, and, if it takes more than an hour to confirm, at the market rate when it is credited if that is lower still. Our record of the rates and of the amount received is final, absent a manifest error.
• Large deposits. A single deposit worth more than $50,000.00 is reviewed by staff before it is credited, and we may ask you to verify that the funds are yours.
• Your deposit addresses are for your own deposits to BloxyShop only. Funds sent to them are held by BloxyShop; what you receive is the balance credit described above. We will never ask you for a seed phrase or private key.
• Crypto transactions are irreversible. See the Refund Policy for what we can and can't refund.

7Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance to your own wallet in a supported coin, subject to a minimum of $5.00 per withdrawal and a daily limit of $5,000.00 per rolling 24 hours. A network charge and a separate site fee are shown before you confirm. The site fee is 0.5%, minimum $0.01 and maximum $0.50, rounded up to whole cents. The network charge is a configured cost allowance; actual blockchain fees may differ.

• The US-dollar amount is deducted from your balance when you request the withdrawal. The coin amount shown at that time is an estimate: the final coin amount is calculated from the market rate when processing starts, and does not change after that. You receive the US-dollar amount less the disclosed network charge and site fee, converted at that rate. The site earns its fee only after successful completion.
• Withdrawals are reviewed and sent by BloxyShop staff. They are not instant. We may delay a withdrawal while we complete security, fraud or legal checks, and we may ask you to verify that you control the account.
• You can cancel a withdrawal for a full refund to your balance while it is pending. Once processing starts it is locked. An uncertain on-chain outcome must be reconciled before any refund or replacement. If a withdrawal is safely rejected without payment, the full amount, including both fees, is returned to your balance.
• You are responsible for entering a correct address for the stated network. A payout sent to the address you provided cannot be reversed.

8Marketplace rules and fees

The marketplace lets users sell items they hold on BloxyShop to other users for balance, at prices in US dollars that the seller sets.

• You may only list items that are in your BloxyShop inventory. Listed items are locked until they sell or you remove the listing.
• You set your own price, between $0.01 and $100,000.00 per item.
• When an item sells, a seller fee of 5% of the sale price is deducted and the rest is credited to your balance. Buyers pay no fee. Listing is free.
• Purchases settle instantly and are final. The price is re-checked when the buyer confirms; if it changed, the buyer is asked to review before anything is charged.
• You may not manipulate prices, trade with yourself or with accounts you control ("wash trading"), or use listings to move value between accounts for any unlawful purpose. We may remove listings that break these rules or that appear to be priced in error.

9Swap desk and swap credit

The swap desk lets you exchange items in your BloxyShop inventory for items from BloxyShop's own stock. It deals in items only: it never pays out to or charges your balance. It covers Murder Mystery 2, Adopt Me! and Pet Simulator 99 items; Bubble Gum Simulator INFINITY and Bubble Gum Simulator items trade on the marketplace only.

• Swaps are priced in BloxyShop values, our own value list, set by us for demand, trend and stability; staff may also set an item's value manually. BloxyShop values are our pricing decisions, not a statement of what an item is worth elsewhere.
• Items you give count at their user-side value and items you take count at their site-side value, which is higher. Both sides are shown before you confirm.
• If the items you give are worth more than the items you take, the difference is added to your swap credit for that game. If you take more than you give, the difference is paid from your swap credit for that game. If your items and swap credit together don't cover what you take, the swap can't go ahead.
• If values change while you build a swap, you are shown the new totals before anything happens. We are never obliged to honour a value that is no longer current.
• We may limit how many copies of an item we accept ("overstock" limits), the number of items per swap (currently 50 per side), which items are available, and whether swaps with items on only one side are allowed.
• Confirmed swaps are final and cannot be reversed.

Swap credit

• Swap credit is a record of swap value, kept separately for each game and measured in that game's BloxyShop values. It can only be used on the swap desk, for items of the same game.
• Swap credit is not money and has no cash value. It is not part of your balance, earns no interest, and cannot be withdrawn, sold, exchanged for money or balance, used on the marketplace, or transferred to another user or another game — including when your account is closed.
• If swap credit is added to your account by mistake (for example because of a pricing or technical error), we may correct it. We will tell you if we do.

10Item deposits and withdrawals

Items move in and out of BloxyShop through our in-game bots, operated by BloxyShop staff.

• Deposits: we assign you one of our trade bots, and you trade your items to that bot in-game. You don't list the items first: we credit to your BloxyShop inventory the items the bot actually receives once the trade completes. Trade only with the bot assigned to you — items sent to any other account can't be credited. If items you traded to our bot weren't credited, contact support as set out in the Refund Policy.
• Withdrawals: you choose items and a Roblox username to deliver to. Murder Mystery 2, Adopt Me!, Bubble Gum Simulator INFINITY and Bubble Gum Simulator items are delivered by in-game trade; Pet Simulator 99 items by in-game mail. Items are locked while a withdrawal is open. You can cancel a withdrawal while it is pending; once staff start the delivery ("being delivered") it can no longer be cancelled.
• You are responsible for giving a correct Roblox username and for accepting deliveries only from the bot named on your request. We are not responsible for items you send to anyone else, including people impersonating BloxyShop.
• If we cannot complete a delivery, we cancel the withdrawal and the items return to your BloxyShop inventory.
• Up to 50 items per withdrawal. We may limit which items our bots accept, and pause deposits or withdrawals for a game, for example during a game update or bot maintenance.

11Prohibited conduct

You agree not to, and not to try to:

• commit fraud, or deposit, sell or trade items or funds that are stolen, obtained by scamming, or otherwise not yours to trade;
• reverse, charge back or dispute a payment you made, or claim you didn't receive something you did;
• use BloxyShop to launder money, move the proceeds of crime, finance illegal activity, or evade sanctions;
• create or use more than one account, or use other people's accounts, including to get around limits, suspensions or promotions;
• manipulate prices or values, wash trade, or collude with other users;
• exploit bugs, pricing errors or duplication glitches — please report them to us instead;
• impersonate BloxyShop, our staff or our bots, or phish for other users' credentials;
• scrape, overload or interfere with the Service, or access it with automated tools except as we allow; or
• harass, threaten or abuse other users or our staff.

We may investigate suspected breaches, cooperate with law enforcement, and take the actions in Section 13.

12Game and platform rules

Your use of Roblox and each game remains subject to their own terms. Some platforms restrict trading virtual items for real money or across accounts. Complying with Roblox's Terms of Use and each game's rules is your responsibility, and any action a platform or game takes against your Roblox account is between you and them. BloxyShop is not liable for moderation, bans, item wipes or other measures taken by Roblox or a game developer.

13Suspension and termination

We may place your account on hold, limit features, cancel pending requests, remove listings, or close your account if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, if required by law, or to protect other users or BloxyShop. While an account is on hold it can't trade, swap, deposit or withdraw.

Where we close an account that was not involved in fraud or unlawful activity, we will let you withdraw your remaining balance and items under the normal rules, after any review. Swap credit has no cash value and is not paid out. We may withhold balances or items that we reasonably believe are linked to fraud, chargebacks, stolen property or other unlawful activity, including where the law requires us to.

You can stop using BloxyShop at any time. Withdraw your balance and items, and use any swap credit you want to keep the value of, before you do.

14Values, availability and disclaimers

Item values shown on BloxyShop are BloxyShop values: our own estimates. Dollar figures such as the "market value" shown on the marketplace are those values converted at a rate we set. None of these are official prices or financial advice, and they can be wrong or out of date. Decide for yourself whether a trade is right for you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and secure, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every country, and we may pause features for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

15Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloxyShop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by: changes to games or items, actions by Roblox or game developers, blockchain network conditions, errors in addresses or usernames you provide, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to BloxyShop in the 12 months before the claim arose and (b) the US-dollar balance held in your account at that time (swap credit is not counted). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16Indemnity

You agree to compensate BloxyShop for reasonable losses, costs and claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or items or funds you deposit that you had no right to trade.

17Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service, our fees and limits, and these Terms. Current fees and limits are always shown on the site before you confirm a transaction. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you on the site. Continuing to use BloxyShop after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
